Supply Chain and Logistics
Overall, our Supply Chain and Logistics are in a stable position with a strong ability for continual supply. Nearly all our products are completely manufactured and transported in the continental United States, with multiple vendors and supply points.
Our inventory levels are at historical norms. We use a network of RelaDyne-owned equipment and third-party logistic firms to optimize supply into our distribution network and the marketplace. Our ability to serve you with our products and services throughout RelaDyne is stable. In response to the possible effects of COVID-19, we are monitoring supplier related disruptions and establishing high levels of communication with all our valued vendor partners.
RelaDyne Associate Preparedness
Internally, RelaDyne has assembled a COVID-19 Task Force and an established Contingency Plan. We are adhering to all recommended health and safety plans as outlined by the US Government and World Health Organization.
Our workforce is adapting to these ever-changing life conditions through a variety of ways, including limited interaction through an active travel ban and increased business conducted virtually. Additionally, our locations have limited their access to RelaDyne employees only. Through all of this, we maintain focus on serving you, our customer.
Inventory Recommendations
Clearly, this is a very fluid and dynamic state of the world with no definitive outcome or timeline. Therefore, we do encourage you to stock higher than normal inventory levels and be open to alternative products recommended by our industry-trained and experienced sales team. Your RelaDyne Sales Rep is informed and prepared to discuss stocking level adjustments.
