The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series made its annual June stop at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa this past weekend. Team RelaDyne's Logan Schuchart and the other 63 competitors were focused on not only the two nights of racing, but learning as much as they could for the season's biggest event two months from now at the famed half-mile dirt oval.
Schuchart and his Drydene/DuraMAX team learned a lot through two nights of action which included a run from 25th to ninth Friday night and leading 17 of the first 22 laps Saturday. Unfortunately, Schuchart's thrilling bid for his first victory of the season came up three laps short when contact with the wall caused too much damage to finish the 25-lap main event.
