In the midst of a pandemic, RelaDyne drivers keep customer service on the frontline

Our customers know what to expect from a guy who has his truck tattooed on his back: next level customer service. While a pandemic unfolds, one of our most celebrated driver, we'll call him "T", rolls up to his customers' locations with a smile and delivers customer satisfaction on an hourly basis.

For many, a delivery of product is just that; a delivery. Business owners and operators are busy. "T" is busy. It can be easy to overlook the driver delivering your needed product. It can be tempting for drivers to make a quick and uninvested delivery, too. 

However, that's never how "T" delivers. "T" greets his customers and has become known for his friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor. 

"T" is always in a great mood when he comes in," remarked one of his quick lube customers.  "Always [an] excellent attitude, service & knowledge," said another. 

These are the experiences we strive for our customers to have with their delivery drivers. Our passionate, hard working drivers tirelessly perform their essential jobs so that our customers can maintain uninterrupted operation. 

Our drivers are now participating in our new Driver Ambassador program. As a part of this program, they have been given value cards with a survey link on it.
